ensuring debt management by offset, granting deferrals, investment tax credit by debt restructuring and debt relief;

monitoring financial status and solvency of strategic enterprises and organizations as well as enterprises and organizations of defense industry complex and representation of the Russian Federation in bankruptcy cases and procedures applied in bankruptcy cases in relation to mentioned enterprises and organizations.
