The Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia has started its operation in July 2010.
The FTS jointly with the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Customs Service of Russia actively participated in the drafting of the Agreement on the principles of levying indirect taxes on exports and imports of goods, works and services in a Customs Union, and its Protocols.
FTS experts participate in the continuous work of expert group on «Indirect taxes».
