The experts from the Federal Tax Service of Russia and the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan discussed features of the cooperative compliance program.

Marina Krasheninnikova, Head of the Cooperative Compliance Directorate of the FTS of Russia, commented on the aspects of implementation of the cooperative compliance program, the legal framework, access, integration, and online interaction options.

"Starting January 1, 2024, there will be only two options for information interaction: direct access to the taxpayer’s information system and a data mart. These two options will be used during switching to extended information interaction,” Marina Krasheninnikova said.

Currently, integration services are piloted by the Federal Tax Service of Russia with taxpayers.

In addition, software products developed by JSC «GNIVC» for taxpayers participating in the cooperative compliance program were showcased to Kazakh colleagues. It helps to prepare e-tax reporting in digital format as well as internal accounting via the data mart.
